Return Policy

DOMESTIC RETURNS

Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Returns are for Store Credit or Merchandise Exchange only. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please be mindful of the condition of your return. All merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items considered "Final Sale" are those permanently reduced on the website and/or items purchased during site-wide promotions. Promo codes received for email and text subscriptions are excluded. All swimwear is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not price adjust.

To start a return, email us at Oceanreef@shopislandgarden.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

All international purchases placed through Passport Global are final sale and non-returnable.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please email oceanreef@shopislandgarden.com with pictures of the damaged items, and we will work with you to find a replacement.
